What makes this different
Most lymphatic drainage certifications teach technique in isolation: strokes on a body, one modality at a time. The RĀU Method integrates four disciplines into one cohesive system. The stretch integration is the signature. No other certification teaches it.
Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage
Manual, rhythmic, full-body. The foundation: five core strokes, pressure calibration, directional sequencing, full-body protocol.
Colombian Wood Therapy
Wood-assisted sculpting and contouring. Maderotherapy tools, body contouring principles, combining manual and wood-assisted drainage.
Stretch Integration
The RĀU signature. Certified Thai stretch therapy woven into the drainage protocol. Open fascia, release holding patterns, accelerate lymphatic flow. This is what makes RĀU different.
Body Contouring
A results-driven sculpting protocol combining manual drainage, wood therapy, and stretch. Drain first, sculpt second, define third.
The stretch integration is the heart of what makes RĀU different. By opening fascia and releasing muscle tension before and during drainage, the RĀU Method achieves deeper, longer-lasting results than manual drainage or wood therapy alone. This is not a technique. It is a method.

Foundations
The science behind the method: lymphatic anatomy and physiology, contraindications, client consultation, and setting up for safe, effective sessions.
Technique
Brazilian and Colombian lymphatic drainage, wood therapy, body contouring, and the RĀU face and body combination, for everyday, post-operative, and prenatal clients.
The RĀU Integration
The stretch and movement work that sets the RĀU Method™ apart from every other lymphatic certification. Taught in the room only.
Practice & Certification
Building a profitable practice around the method, followed by a written and practical assessment to earn your RĀU Method™ Certification.
The full curriculum and protocols are shared with enrolled students only.

Founder, RĀU Aesthetics
Naz is the only practitioner in the GTA combining Brazilian lymphatic drainage, Colombian wood therapy, certified Thai stretch, body contouring, and movement science into a single method. Her 17 certifications span aesthetics, bodywork, and movement, giving the RĀU Method a depth no other lymphatic training offers.
Insured. Public Health approved. Years of clinical experience in Brazilian and Colombian lymphatic drainage, post-operative recovery, paramedical camouflage, and body contouring.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. You must be a licensed aesthetician, registered massage therapist, or hold an equivalent bodywork credential. The RĀU Method builds on existing knowledge. It is not a beginner course.

No. A wood therapy starter kit (or premium kit for Pro tier) is included in your tuition. Practice oils and products are provided during the training.

The RĀU Method Certification is a professional development certificate. It is not a government-regulated designation. Check with your professional association for continuing education credit eligibility.

100% attendance is required for certification. If you miss a day, you can join the next cohort to complete the missing module. Partial attendance without completion does not result in certification.

Yes. A $500 non-refundable deposit secures your spot. The remaining balance ($2,000 for Standard or $3,000 for RĀU Pro, founding rates) is due on or before the first day of training. You can pay the balance by card, split it with Klarna at checkout, or ask us for an Affirm payment link.

Yes. Certified practitioners can offer the RĀU Method in their own practice. You may list yourself on the RĀU Practitioner directory and use “RĀU Method Certified” in your marketing.
