How It Works
Phase 1: Pre-Operative Preparation (2-4 weeks before surgery)
Lymphatic activation sessions, skin assessment, surgeon coordination, compression guidance, food diary baseline, wellness protocol.
Phase 2: Acute Recovery (first 14 days)
In the first days after surgery, we provide near-daily in-home lymphatic drainage and wound-safe support to reduce swelling, ease discomfort, and support your body’s earliest healing.
Phase 3: Active Recovery (weeks 3-6)
Over the following weeks, sessions continue on a near-daily basis, tapering as your body heals, supporting scar tissue, reducing fibrosis risk, and helping you feel like yourself again.
Phase 4: Long-Term Maintenance
As you near the end of your six-week program, we transition you to a maintenance rhythm, with scar management and wellness protocols to support your results long after surgery.

What This Is Not
Surgical Concierge is not a substitute for your surgeon’s post-operative care, and it is not a walk-in service. It is a dedicated, consultation-based program built around your specific procedure and recovery timeline, delivered in your home.
