The RĀU story

RĀU began as Reset by Naz in 2016, a one-woman Brazilian and Colombian lymphatic drainage practice operating out of a single treatment room. Nine years later, it has grown into a full specialist practice covering bodywork, clinical skin treatments, paramedical camouflage, and surgical recovery concierge.

The name RĀU means 'tranquil' in Farsi. The practice is built on the belief that recovery is not passive. It is guided, managed, and personal.

Meet Naz

I'm Naz, a Persian-Canadian therapist and paramedical artist based in the GTA. My work blends two worlds: the clinical precision of Brazilian and Colombian lymphatic drainage, and the warmth of a practice built around women's real lives.

I left the medical world because my heart wanted more than to treat people. It wanted to hold them.

I am also a mom of three. I became a mother at 16, and now, at 35, I am finally building something that feels like mine.

I built Reset by Naz because I wanted my clients to feel something most clinics don't offer: warmth, presence, and someone who sees the whole woman, not just the body on the table.

Credentials

Nazzy Kourdou, certified medical aesthetician, laser technician, microneedle therapist, and skin therapist with a phlebotomy certificate. Trained in the Renata França Brazilian method, Colombian lymphatic drainage, Colombian wood therapy, paramedical camouflage, and Level 4 Usui Reiki. Fully insured. Public health approved in Mississauga.

Studio

Inside Gladioli Medspa, Suite 17, 650 Matheson Blvd W, Mississauga. Studio hours: 8 AM to 3 PM and 7 PM onward.

Mobile

RĀU is a mobile practice too. Naz travels across the GTA: Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, Toronto, Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough, Markham, Vaughan, and Richmond Hill. A $75 travel fee applies to mobile appointments. For Surgical Concierge clients and higher-tier members, mobile travel is included or discounted.
