RĀU for Practitioners
You may not need another course.
You may need help turning everything you already know into an approach that feels cohesive, intentional and entirely your own.
You have done the trainings. You have the certificates, the tools and the hours with clients. And still, there are moments in the treatment room when you wonder what should come next, which technique belongs where, or how to make the session feel like something only you could offer.
Practitioner Mentorship gives me the chance to understand what you currently offer, see where you feel the gaps, and help you shape a more effective and adaptable approach built on the skills you already have.
Who this is for
For practitioners who already have the foundation
This mentorship is designed for experienced professionals who want personal guidance rather than another general course. It may be a good fit if you are one of the following:
- Massage therapists
- Aestheticians and medical aestheticians
- Lymphatic practitioners
- Bodyworkers
- Post-operative care practitioners
- Wellness professionals
- Practitioners holding several existing certifications
- Professionals developing a signature treatment
- Professionals who want individual guidance instead of another general course
Every applicant is reviewed individually, according to their education, professional scope, current services and mentorship goals.
Why practitioners come to me
So many techniques. Where does everything belong?
Many of the practitioners I meet have invested years and a great deal of money into their education. What they are missing is rarely another technique. It is the thread that connects them. You might recognize yourself in some of these:
- You know many individual techniques but do not yet have a cohesive system
- You follow a similar routine for almost every client
- You are unsure when to add, remove or modify a technique
- You are not sure how lymphatic work, wood therapy, cupping, stretching or sculpting fit together
- Your current treatment feels like it is missing flow, structure or a clear sense of purpose
- You want to create a signature service that clients recognize as yours
- You find it difficult to explain or price what you do
- You would value honest, constructive feedback from someone who understands both the treatment room and the business around it
The goal is not to give you another rigid routine. It is to help you understand how to make confident treatment decisions and build an adaptable approach around the client in front of you.
How the mentorship works
Built around you, not a curriculum
Every mentorship begins with an application and an assessment. From there, I create a plan around your education, your clients and where you want your work to go. Depending on your needs, the mentorship may include:
Understanding your work
- Review of your existing education and certifications
- Review of your current modalities, tools and services
- A conversation about your clientele and professional goals
- A full RĀU treatment performed by me, so you can experience the approach
- An opportunity to demonstrate your current treatment
- A treatment audit
Practical development
- Sequencing and technique-selection guidance
- Private practical development sessions
- Hands-on observation and constructive feedback
- Development of an adaptable treatment framework
- Guidance on when to add, remove or modify techniques
- A written treatment framework or individualized development notes
- A guided client session or shadowing opportunity, when appropriate
Bringing it to your clients
- Service naming and positioning
- Pricing and package guidance for the developed service
- Client consultation and treatment-expectation guidance
- Six weeks of reasonable follow-up support through agreed business-hour communication channels
- A preferred rate on eligible future RĀU training
These are possible components rather than a fixed package. The exact number of sessions, practical hours, deliverables and follow-up support will be confirmed in your mentorship proposal once you are accepted.
Light practice-development support
Help with the business side of your treatment
Because a beautiful treatment also needs to be understood and chosen, mentorship may include guidance directly connected to the service we develop together:
- Service positioning and treatment naming
- Pricing and packages
- The client journey and consultation language
- Simple service-specific goals or performance indicators
- Marketing language for the refined service
Full business audits, company-wide SWOT analysis, clinic operations, team development, location planning and broader growth strategy are offered separately through Practice Development & Business Consulting.
Where mentorship takes place
In my studio, in your space, or both
- At my Mississauga location
- At your own suitable professional treatment space
- Through a combination of in-person practical work and virtual strategy support
If I travel to you, a mobile or travel fee may apply based on distance, travel time, parking, required equipment and setup. Any travel charges are explained and approved by you before payment.

About Naz
Guidance shaped by years inside the treatment room.
My background began in the medical field. In 2016, I travelled to Colombia for my own procedure, extended my stay, and learned post-operative care alongside a plastic surgeon and nursing team. That experience changed the direction of my work.
In 2017, I helped build Made Body in Hamilton, where I was involved in treatments, practitioner education, treatment development, therapist scheduling, marketing and the client experience. I later developed body treatments and trained therapists at NÜD.
My education has taken me to Colombia, Brazil, France, the United Kingdom, Los Angeles and Miami, across Brazilian and Colombian lymphatic drainage, wood therapy, stretch therapy, cupping, body contouring, post-operative care, fibrosis and scar work, compression, and advanced face and body techniques. Over time, I brought these experiences together into my own adaptable approach: the RĀU Method.
Mentorship is how I share what that process taught me, one practitioner at a time.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
How is mentorship different from training?
Training teaches a structured method from the beginning, usually alongside other students. Mentorship starts with what you already know. We work privately on your existing skills, your treatment and your clients, and develop an approach that is adaptable and your own.
Is this a certification?
No. Practitioner Mentorship is a private, individualized development process. It does not issue a certification or grant permission to teach the RĀU Method. If you are looking for certification, full RĀU training may be a better fit, and I am happy to talk that through with you.
Who is the mentorship intended for?
Experienced practitioners who already have education and hands-on client experience, such as massage therapists, aestheticians, lymphatic practitioners, bodyworkers, post-operative care practitioners and wellness professionals, who want to bring their skills together more cohesively.
What if I already practise Brazilian lymphatic drainage?
That is a wonderful foundation, and many applicants do. Mentorship looks at how your lymphatic work fits with everything else you offer, how you sequence and adapt it, and how it can become part of a treatment that feels distinctly yours.
Do I need to complete the RĀU Method Experience first?
No. You are welcome to apply directly for mentorship. The Experience is simply an option for practitioners who would like to feel the approach before deciding.
Can Naz come to my treatment space?
Yes, when your space is suitable for professional treatment work. Mentorship may also take place at my Mississauga location, or combine in-person practical work with virtual strategy support.
Are travel fees included?
Travel is not included in the starting investment. If I travel to you, a mobile or travel fee may apply based on distance, travel time, parking, equipment and setup. Any travel charge is explained and approved by you before payment.
Are payment options available?
Accepted practitioners may be offered payment in full, an agreed in-house instalment schedule, eligible Square payment options, or third-party options such as Klarna, Afterpay or Affirm when they are active and available. Third-party approval cannot be guaranteed.
What happens after I apply?
I review every application personally. You will then receive a thoughtful response with my recommendation: Practitioner Mentorship, the RĀU Method Experience, formal training or another path. If mentorship is the right fit, you will receive a proposal with the recommended scope, location, preliminary timeline and investment.
Can I teach the framework afterward?
No. Any framework, notes or materials you receive are for your own professional use. Mentorship does not grant teaching or certification rights, and the RĀU Method may not be taught, reproduced or repackaged without written authorization.
What if Naz believes full training would be more appropriate?
I will tell you honestly. If your goals would be better served by complete RĀU training or another path, I will explain why and share the options, so you can choose what feels right for you.
How does the seven-day experience credit work?
If you enrol in Practitioner Mentorship within seven calendar days of completing your RĀU Method Experience, the full amount you paid for the Experience is credited toward your mentorship investment. The separate $250 deposit is not required, and the remaining balance follows your agreed payment arrangement.
What kind of support is included afterward?
Mentorship may include six weeks of reasonable follow-up support through agreed business-hour communication channels. The exact support is confirmed in your proposal. It is not unlimited or on-call support, and it does not include urgent clinical guidance.
Your next step
Let’s build the treatment your experience has been leading you toward.
You have already invested in learning the techniques. This is an opportunity to bring them together with greater clarity, intention and confidence.
Intellectual property
Any personalized framework, educational material or treatment-development notes you receive are created for your own professional use. I share them with care, and I ask that they are respected.
They may not be used to teach the RĀU Method, certify other practitioners, or be reproduced, published, resold, distributed or repackaged as your own course. The RĀU name may not be used without written authorization. Mentorship helps you integrate your own existing skills. It does not grant teaching or certification rights.
Professional boundaries
Practitioner Mentorship is educational and developmental. It does not replace required professional education, expand your legal scope of practice, replace medical or regulatory advice, or provide urgent clinical guidance.
No particular treatment result, client booking, income or business outcome is guaranteed. Each practitioner remains responsible for practising within their own education, insurance, professional scope and applicable requirements.
