For Businesses · Consulting & Practice Development

Build a practice as intentional as the work you provide.

Strategic consulting for practitioners, founders, clinics, and wellness businesses ready to create clearer services, stronger systems, more confident teams, and an experience clients can understand, trust, and return to.

The structure around the skill

Excellent work deserves a business built to hold it.

Many talented practitioners and business owners have exceptional hands, deep treatment knowledge, and clients who already trust them. Where they often feel less certain is in the structure around that work: what to offer, how to describe it, how to price it, and how to build a practice that runs well without depending on effort alone.

You may be looking for help refining your services, communicating their value, building systems that are sustainable, creating a stronger client journey, understanding what to measure, or simply deciding what should happen next.

Every practice is different. Support may span service development, business strategy, client experience, operational planning, launch preparation, and implementation guidance. Each engagement is individually scoped around the needs, stage, size, and complexity of the practice.
Who this is for

For the people building the practice

  • Solo practitioners developing a professional practice
  • Practitioners preparing to move into a private treatment space
  • New wellness and aesthetics founders
  • Spa and clinic owners
  • Medical aesthetics businesses
  • Lymphatic and bodywork practices
  • Existing businesses refining their services
  • Growing teams requiring greater structure
  • Businesses preparing to launch, relaunch, reposition, or expand
Common challenges

Where practices often feel stuck

You do not need to have every answer before reaching out. Consulting is often most useful when something feels unclear, inconsistent, or harder than it should be.

  • A treatment menu that has become unclear or overcrowded
  • Services that are difficult to explain or sell
  • Pricing that no longer reflects the work
  • Service delivery that varies from one appointment to the next
  • Packages or memberships that are not performing as hoped
  • A client journey without a clear path from booking to follow-up
  • Therapist scheduling or capacity challenges
  • No useful way to measure how the business is doing
  • Marketing that is disconnected from what happens in the treatment room
  • Uncertainty about the next stage of growth
  • Strong treatment knowledge without an organized business structure
  • A new idea that needs a realistic launch plan
Areas of support

Where consulting can help

These are the broad areas an engagement may draw from. Your scope is shaped around what your practice actually needs.

I

Business & Growth Strategy

Business priorities, SWOT analysis, strategic planning, key performance indicators, capacity considerations, launch and growth roadmaps, 30-, 60- and 90-day planning, and progress reviews.

II

Treatment & Service Development

Treatment menu review, signature services, positioning, treatment names and descriptions, pricing and package strategy, membership concepts, add-ons, consultation structure, and service standards.

III

Client Experience

The client journey from booking and intake to treatment expectations and follow-up, along with retention, consistency, policies, communication, and how well the in-person experience matches the brand promise.

IV

Operations & Team Development

Workflow, therapist scheduling, room utilization, capacity planning, role clarity, internal training needs, treatment consistency, operational priorities, and team-development recommendations.

V

Launch & Implementation Strategy

Launch or relaunch planning, priorities, marketing and service alignment, campaign preparation, referral and collaboration opportunities, implementation planning, and what to keep in-house or outsource.

Beyond the initial strategy

Additional Support, When Required

Some projects require support beyond the initial strategy. Depending on the needs of the practice, additional research, planning, team collaboration, launch assistance, location considerations, or implementation support may be added to a customized proposal.

Any additional support:

  • Depends on the needs of the project
  • Depends on Naz’s availability
  • Is individually scoped
  • May be quoted separately
  • Is not automatically included in the starting investments shown below

About Naz

Experience from inside the treatment room and behind the business.

My perspective comes from both sides of a practice. I began my post-operative and lymphatic work around 2016, and have spent the years since delivering client treatments, developing and refining services, and training practitioners.

I later helped build Made Body in Hamilton, contributing to treatment development, practitioner training, therapist scheduling, marketing, and the client experience. That work showed me how closely treatment quality, operations, client communication, and business structure depend on one another.

I bring that same practical view to every engagement: the treatment room and the business behind it, considered together.

Business consulting inquiry

Tell Me About Your Business

Share where your practice is today, where you feel stuck, and what you are hoping to build. Your inquiry will be reviewed personally before the most appropriate next step is recommended.

Please do not include financial statements or confidential documents here. If anything further is needed, it will be requested securely after your inquiry is reviewed.

Next step

You do not have to build every part of your business through trial and error.

Tell me what you have created, where you feel stuck, and what you want the business to become. From there, we can determine the level of support that makes the most sense.
